Central Coast Marine Discovery Centre, Terrigal
Get up close and personal with local marine treasures

Located lagoon-side at Terrigal, the Marine Centre is well worth a visit for curious Nature Kids. It's the only place we know of on the Central Coast where you can see a Port Jackson shark up close! Plus there's a pool full of local rockpool critters, super cute seahorses, and more. There's lots to look at and touch, including a working microscope and plenty of shells, bones and fascinating ocean relics.

Fresh air, natural resources and freedom to explore! Raw & Unearthed brings it all together at their play sessions on Kincumba Mountain. Kids can get messy and experiment with the supplied materials (clay, natural paints, ropes, magnifying glasses and more) or explore and observe the natural environment at their own pace. We've done some homeschool sessions and always leave feeling calm, refreshed and inspired.
